You may have read articles or books of doctors such as David Servan Schreiber and Thierry Janssen on the management of our emotions and how to reduce stress by turning to our inner world.

In his book "Emotional Intelligence" , American writer Daniel Goleman proposes to use our emotions intelligently . The emotional intelligence, according to him, includes skills such as: the ability to motivate and persevere despite adversity and frustration; the control of impulses and the ability to postpone satisfaction; the ability to regulate mood to prevent distress altering reasoning; empathy; hope.
Only the access to our true emotions can enable us to respond to the challenges that our society and its complexity impose us. Today's world requires autonomy, initiative, creativity, self achievement, competence, emotional expression, genuineness, critical thinking and empathy. Control of emotional intelligence is a key to success in life.
